- 5+ years of development experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Technical Lead experience
- A Bachelors degree in computer science / Information
Systems is required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge in J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets,
EJB, Struts, etc), XML, UML, and Web services.
- Experience with SQL server as the DB Engine.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
within IT, other departments, and partners.
- Expertise with software design, development,
and testing within the framework of the product
development process.
- Exposure to best practices in design, object
modeling, UML, design patterns.
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance
of architecture to product scalability.
