- At least 1+ yr of cold-calling experience preferably in the US market, however, UK, Europe will be fine
- Clear communication skills – written and oral
- Willing to work until at least 5 pm EST (2:30-3:30 am IST); people who can work in PST time will be very welcome
- Experience of one or more Industry domains such as Health-care, Learning Management, Online Media, etc
- Experience of managing an account, penetrating existing account, etc will be helpful
- Ability to engage in a conversation on general topics
- Exposure to computer tools such as Ms Office, Excel, CRM products
- Experience of conducting “intro calls” through the help of a Power point Presentation will be nice-to-have
- Motivated, high-energy, positive-attitude
