- Strong hands-on experience with .Net, Agile/SCRUM methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Experience with WCF, WWF, web services, SOA
- Experience with Object-oriented programming, UML modeling, database modeling, etc.
- “Real-life” experience with Design Patterns
- Hands-on approach to team management
- Good experience with Unit Testing processes and tools (NUnit, Nmock and other similar 3rd party tools)
- Experience with Microsoft best-practices/tools – MSF, TFS, VSTE and others
- Conversant with latest developments in .Net technologies such as WPF, Silverlight, LINQ, etc.
- Experience with developing Rich-client Applications in Windows platform, using Winforms, WPF or other similar technologies
- Strong experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
- Exposure to at-least non-.Net programming environment such as C++, VB or Java
- Experience with Perforce Version Management system a plus
- Past experience of being in product-engineering and Chemical domain a great plus
